How about a cheating world championship where people are expected to cheat

Think I've solved the dilemma of cheating in OTB competitions.

Simply hold another tournament where players are expected to cheat. If they get caught cheating, then they forfeit that particular game.

The methods exposed or revealed after would become common knowledge and countermeasures could be taken at non-cheating tournaments.

I'd be interested to see what methods are used for bullet games.
