Advice for first time using RSO
I posted previously about turning 75 soon and wanting to try RSO and got a lot of great advice. I have an opportunity to try it this weekend. I'm a full-time caretaker for my disabled husband but he's being treated for an infection and will be transferred to a skilled nursing facility for a couple of weeks for rehab. Even though it's not quite my birthday, this is an opportunity that may not come again. Should I take it on an empty stomach? I'm not used to something that takes 2 hours to manifest. Is it okay to smoke something while I'm waiting? I have Nira+ BK OG and Sherbanger. Obviously I'm only going to try one this weekend. Any experience with those? Thoughts on the best one to try first? Anything I should avoid? Any tips are greatly appreciated.

Eat something fatty with RSO. I like to put it on a cookie or peanut butter.
Get some hot water in a mug and dip/soak the RSO syringe in the hot water for a few moments. You want it warm enough so that the oil becomes less viscus and can dispense a lot easier.
I wouldn’t recommend smoking anything while you’re waiting because RSO hits people differently, but typically HARD the first time.
People say to start with the size of a rice grain, but I recommend more of a bean size. Eat it, wait for about 1-2 hours. Re-up or increase the dosage as you see fit.

I do have a fair amount of tolerance. I was thinking of stopping smoking until Saturday to help a bit.
