Wife is stuck in Tokyo, not experiencing the Oz event

Hey, I hope this is the right place to ask this. My wife and I both use finch and have found it very helpful, something weird is going on with her app, she traveled to tokyo before the Oz event started, she's seen the little animatic for Oz on her app, and the app is updated, but she's not traveling through Oz, shes still in Tokyo. I know you have to wait to find the ticket back to finchie forest to travel back there, but does she have to travel back to expierence the event?

When she goes to the shop tab and then the travel tab, does she see this option?

No, we checked that yesterday and there's no mention of oz in the travel tab

Has she updated her app - there was a new app install -she should check if she has an iPhone for a new fix which was out there.

She's using a Samsung tablet and said she's updated the app, I'll double check when she gets up

This was a recent update around the beginning of April - or a day later - however I have an iPhone so I do not know when the android update was. I think if she does not see the notification on the travel screen - she has a major issue that she should let the developers know about. She should send them a backup with her explanation. It doesn’t appear the app recognizes that she is participating in the Oz event.

I double checked her app and it hadn't been updated, we updated it and it should be working now!

We double checked yesterday, her app wasn't updated to the latest version, we thought it was because she's been getting the promo stuff for the Oz event, it's all fixed now!
