Problems Importing pyinputplus into Python 3.8 Shell?

I am working through Automate the Boring Stuff chapter 8.

The chapter deals with input verification and needs pyinputplus. I installed it as shown in the image but IDLE shell can't find it.

Any ideas on what may be the issue here?

Figured it out. The lib installed to python38-32 folder rather than the sys folder Python38.

Hello can you please elaborate on how you manage to do it? I'm a complete noob at this haha

edit: okay nvm thank you, i somehow manage to do it. But how did you come to that conclusion that pyinputplus must be inside lib? Still so many gaps in my knowledge

I saw the other libraries installed in the Python38 folder, so I put the pyinputplus there as well.

Image shows the Command prompt confirmation and error in IDLE.

I had the same problem and I think it was Mu.

If I tried to import pyinputplus or pyperclip on Mu, I would get

ModuleNotFoundError

I then tried to import the modules on Visual Studio Code and it worked.
