Turn around and enter the gate backwards and if anyone tries to get close you hold up your arm and tell them "you are invading my personal space and making me feel unsafe." Then close the gate.

I don't know why anyone downvoted you for that.

It's good advice but Texas does not have a specific cap, but this is fraud.

Over that much I would take him to court.
