To get a copy of your RFE, I would suggest you to email Texas ([[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])) or Nebraska ([[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])), whichever center your petition is being processed in.

You never receive a receipt number for PP. You get an email stating that the clock has started. You should have received an email from an address like this: [email protected].

If you do not have a valid status, AOS is considered deportable these days. Check with lawyers before you fly domestically. People have been detained at the airports.

My H1B extension was filed in February and it still has not been adjudicated. I am pretty sure this was already implemented.

Today is the 45th day. I would say you should get it by the end of the day. If not, you need to request refund regardless of the decision.

Does this work for paper-filed?

I was told the same. I did 3 dependent and 1 independent because I felt that like 1 independent was necessary just in case. While preparing the proposed endeavor, they specified that dependent letters are favored now. So I think that should also support your case.
