1000% raising humidity helps, but considering how dehydrated she looks a bath might actually be more beneficial than harmful. Baths aren't typically recommended because of how stressful they are but she looks plenty in need of maybe a 10 minute bath. Just make sure to give her plenty of things to hold onto like rocks so she doesnt feel as though she is completely unanchored. For humidity keep it consistently at around 80%.

We have more guns than people. Kind of hard to stop now. If we got rid of guns, law abiding citizens would have no way to defend themselves, while those who don't follow the law are going to be able to easily prey on them.
