The oils/smell will not hurt the babies, it's an old wives tail that it will make the parents abandon their chicks. It was made to keep kids from messing with bird nests. Also don't mind the other guy, perfectly fine question to ask.

1000% raising humidity helps, but considering how dehydrated she looks a bath might actually be more beneficial than harmful. Baths aren't typically recommended because of how stressful they are but she looks plenty in need of maybe a 10 minute bath. Just make sure to give her plenty of things to hold onto like rocks so she doesnt feel as though she is completely unanchored. For humidity keep it consistently at around 80%.
