OP, if you need to get out, it’s going to be challenging, but not impossible. Depending on where you live, especially if you’re near a city, there may be services to help you get out. Not just to live, but transportation. Your best bet there is public transportation or a bike, so that your parents don’t have a legal way to require things that you are (reasonably) uncomfortable with.

If you can figure out your transportation, then you can also take steps to what your next move is, and the same applies to if you have any other things they are paying for: cell phone, internet, streaming services, tuition, you’ll need to pay for those as well. That’s how to be free of control.

Cities generally provide more options for services, transportation, and education.

I’m only paying $80/mo for Starlink. I’m only 10min from town and the cell coverage is not good enough for home internet, let alone WFH.
