It isn't a matter of paying or not paying attention for some people; you only even know that there are two choices the second before it changes the image to the two of them, and it's not that easy for a lot of people to put names with faces after seeing them for six seconds.
You're plainly biased, either because your facial recognition works better than a significant number of people, or because you literally can't remember what it was like on the first playthrough when you didn't know ahead of time which two names to remember.
But not everyone is you, and no one has the benefit of hindsight on their first playthrough without having to reload. It's not like changing this has any effect on the story, I'm not sure why it's problem when it's literally just an accessibility issue.

The goal is to increase the price of oil so the oil companies can jack prices up further and extract more value from us because our public infrastructure is so bad that no one with a job can not drive a car.
And also to try to punish Iran for refusing to bend the knee to God Emperor Trump.
But mostly the first thing.
Silvermoon3467
It's more like, five seconds, and a lot of people have trouble memorizing names in five seconds lol.
I'm clearly not the only one who did, that's why they changed it.
Edit: like, the first image had like twenty names on it and then they narrowed it down to two of them, excuse me if I was looking at all of the names because I didn't know which two were the important ones on my first playthrough?
Silvermoon3467
It used to flash their pictures for like, two seconds, then bring up a prompt that only had their names with no way to go back and look at the picture. Many people missed which one was which and accidentally picked the one they didn't want.
Silvermoon3467
I think the time pressure the story puts on you in the first few hours adds a correct amount of stress to a first playthrough while not being overly-restrictive like games with hard time limits are. I certainly feel it enhanced my first playthrough.
Silvermoon3467
How, exactly, are we recursively spreading toxin, slash, and heat? Electric has an innate chaining effect, and so does Blast, but the others don't deal damage to nearby enemies that would allow them to spread...
Silvermoon3467
The real problem with making CC effective is that they intentionally designed the game so you can't really use it. See: every eximus unit and boss added to the game in the last five years being completely immune to Warframe abilities
Silvermoon3467
Good luck, Ember mains have been trying to get DE to buff her ability damage so she can do literally anything except armor strip + apply the smallest amount of overguard you've ever seen + apply bonus heat damage to guns for seven years, nearly to the day lol.
Their last attempt at a buff didn't even touch her numbers, just made it so you can spam her 1 cast after charging it once and reduced the energy cost on her 2 and 3. Two years ago.
Silvermoon3467
I normally just shoot one glaive and then hold left click until "over there" is deleted, you shouldn't need to shoot additional glaives before you have to reload anyway tbh. I guess if you have ammo efficiency your status effects might time out before you reload?
Silvermoon3467
This kind of power should not have been available to a privately owned company in the first place.
Silvermoon3467
'Saka was pushed out of NC completely in the wake of the tower bombing and end of the Fourth Corporate War, and they had the city in a stranglehold again fifty years later.
They'll be back. They always come back.
Silvermoon3467
Yes, but the sorts of people who are "right people" for Night City are not generally appropriate cyberpunk protagonists.
You could tell a story about Mark the Pizza Delivery Guy who has no ambition and is happy to spend his life delivering pizzas, but Mark isn't a very compelling character for the types of stories cyberpunk writers want to write.
Silvermoon3467
There's not any down time because it has like a 1 second grace period, but it's not recastable while active
Silvermoon3467
We'd still be talking about it if the total debt was $9.3m because conservatives are a masochistic death cult who refuse to even entertain the notion that other people, including their own children, should have it easier than they did
Silvermoon3467
Yeaaaaah launch Grendel was one of the Warframes of all time, for sure.
Silvermoon3467
I never said that I think it needs nerfed, I said a lot of people want it to be.
Silvermoon3467
Just because you do that doesn't mean you have to. Crit vs Status, Acuity vs Multishot, sometimes you need base % damage when you're not using one of the really basic arcanes and sometimes you don't. Warframe mods are even more subjective with survivability options and augments.
Influence is definitely the strongest thing you can do with melee right now, but it's not the only thing, and it's also explicitly called out by Pablo as being in that blurry area where a lot of people want it to be nerfed but they don't think it's crossed one of these lines yet.
Silvermoon3467
Something being depicted is not the same thing as it being endorsed by the writers. They probably don't think it's a good idea to chip an AI from beyond the Blackwall and use it to commit mass murder, either, even though no one ever looks directly into the camera and says "mass murder is bad." The characters mainly lament the ineffectiveness of mass murder as a tactic rather than the act itself. That doesn't mean mass murder would be justified if it did get D what he wanted.
Would I, a 30-something year old, consider what Talia did ethical? No. But she's just a kid, too. She doesn't know any better, and neither does he, and she sticks to just messing with him anyway. I don't think it's ethical, but I do think it's understandable.
Silvermoon3467
It's good for any detachment except Kroot Hunting Pack, honestly. All of these models have appeared in some number of highly placed tournament lists in 11th. T'au doesn't really have any terrible units at the moment, anyway. Well, besides the structures lol.
Main thing to be aware of is that we're currently predicted to get the next Codex, in January, and it's hard to tell what our army will look like when that happens.

There is no one to punish him for the crimes he has already committed. The nascent Empire currently believes him to be a hero, and the Jedi Order has already been dismantled. Obi-Wan cannot hold him prisoner alone. It's either immediate execution or nothing. I don't think Obi-Wan has it in him to execute a penitent Anakin in cold blood, he couldn't even bring himself to kill Anakin properly when they were fighting each other to the death.
So, what it really means if he tries to surrender is that he has stopped believing in the Empire and Palpatine. It's a betrayal of his new master, even if it's not necessarily a return to the teachings of the Jedi.
Speculative fan fiction follows:
Anakin and Obi-Wan come up with a clever ruse to assassinate Palpatine by having Anakin bring Obi-Wan back to Coruscant, ostensibly so that he can be executed publicly for treason. When Palpatine greets them, Anakin uncuffs Obi-Wan and they kill Palpatine together before barely escaping Coruscant with help from Bail Organa.
Some almost-nameless senator gets named Supreme Chancellor in Palpatine's place, but without his strength in the force and his cunning the nascent Empire fractures as the newly-appointed Moffs begin warring with each other over territory.
Anakin retires to live with Padmé and the twins on Naboo. Luke and Leia are strongly force sensitive, but Anakin no longer really believes in the Order's teachings, so they grow up to be Grey "Jedi." Obi-wan decides to try to revive the Jedi Order at the temple on Yavin IV's moon where the rebel base was. Alderaan doesn't get blown to smithereens by a super weapon, but the Death Star does complete construction as scheduled and Grand Moff Tarkin uses it to wage pitiless war against the other galactic sectors until someone else blows it up.
Basically, the arc of Galactic History doesn't change that much. The same stuff that happens when Palps dies in Episode VI happens anyway, only some twenty years sooner and with somewhat different names attached.

It's pretty clear at the start that Roman has a crush on her and she manipulates him because she wants him to film her more, but it's fairly one-sided and I'm not sure she ever actually displays romantic affection for him. Other than literally lying to Weak about them dating (which was more about lying to Weak to get him to take her more seriously than it was a serious romantic overture to Roman), she treats him like you would a friend's kid brother you know has a crush on you even into the last episode.
Of course, like other people said, I don't think she's older than like 16 anyway. The dynamic between her and the other characters, especially Roman, makes the most sense if she's 15 or 16.

EA does not have a very good track record when it comes to selling IPs from studios it's shuttered.
Someone would have to purchase Bioware wholesale with the IPs included to get them, otherwise EA will sit on them until the end of time. There's a lot of people in the news saying they could sell the IPs off to raise funds, and that's technically true.
I just won't believe it until I see it.

Either V doesn't necessarily die in The Sun and The Star when the engram gets copied, or they were already dead long before that and just hadn't noticed lol.
Soulkiller is capable of creating engrams without killing people; Saburo used it before he came to NC, and even Alt didn't consider herself to be dead until her body was unplugged.
AI-Alt creates an engram of V using Soulkiller, but whoever was in V's brain is still in there. The engram of V gets sent back to the chip, but the Relic can't reverse the damage it already did to their brain while it was overwriting them (probably because it's damaged).
V's only dead for sure during the epilogue in The Devil, if you sign the contract, and Temperance.
Silvermoon3467
Not saying it's impossible. It's also possible for V to find a cure using the Nomads contacts with StormTech. Just saying it's speculative.
Because it's an anime and they've taken a number of liberties with both the lore and the laws of physics, in season 2 even more than season 1.
