I've worked in TV for a long time, and this rate isn't absurdly low by any means for an assistant editor. It's on the mid to lower side. If someone is incredible we'll definitely be willing to increase.

Hah thanks, I've actually done the DRFX to zip thing myself as well, and I went the extra step of giving all the effects inside a prefix so I can search the prefix. It's just a lot of work to maintain over time.

I'd just love a plugin where I can check and uncheck effects!!
