It's all the Instagram parenting accounts teaching people to add/subtract 5 minutes from their awake window and this many naps per day etc. with our first kid my wife tried to get it all perfectly orchestrated with great upset if it didn't work out. Second kid we just follow the cues and it's been a much nicer experience.
