It's all the Instagram parenting accounts teaching people to add/subtract 5 minutes from their awake window and this many naps per day etc. with our first kid my wife tried to get it all perfectly orchestrated with great upset if it didn't work out. One I just thought of - not too bad for the person dying I suppose but upsetting for their friends is deep sea cave diving, there's video of people getting to a depth that affects how the gases they breathe affect them, basically making them impaired/confused, and they just can't really figure out how to get back out of the cave without tangling themselves in the guide rope.
