Honestly I think anyone whose height starts with a 5 (5’0-5’11) falls in the realm of “average height of a human” and is neither tall nor short

Muscle is definitely the answer! Embrace your heavier weight, and find a way to work out. If there was ever something that is basically a magic pill for pretty much everything, it is exercise - I implore you to make time for it.
