Sweetheart, read my actual post. I never fully registered it. I'm fine with address verification. In fact I sent in the video to do the verification. And then I've never been able to see the property again. If you're going to reply, actually learn to read. I'm not going to make a phone call to you guys and spend an hour trying to set up something that should be simple. That took 5 minutes on Airbnb and vrbo. 

And I'm sure it's fuck not calling you to cancel the contract. I should be able to click on a button to delete my listing that doesn't exist. I shouldn't be getting messages about a property that doesn't exist. I shouldn't have to waste my time trying to reach out to you because contacting your customer service is a fucking nightmare.  

I can't even read half of those guys without creating an account for the partnership but I can't create that because I don't have a listing. JFC, you're just making yourself look that much worse 

Let me make it clear to you in little simple steps since apparently you can't read. Or this is probably your shitty AI responding 

• I said list your property 
• I filled out all the data until it got to address verification. 
• I filmed the entry video from the street which took several minutes of my time. 
• I submitted the video and got an error saying that the video could not be submitted 
• I had run out of time for the day so I walked away 
• When I log back in, it makes me start all over back again at the very first page where I have to select if it's an apartment or a house. 
• There is no indication that all the work I've already put into it, all of the about the properties my information, photos I've uploaded everything else that took me over an hour to submit still exists. I can't get to the property. 
• I start getting booking requests at a ridiculous price that I never set for property that I cannot see.  *All that I see when I log in is the option to create a new property. So where is my fucking property that these people are trying to rent? I can't get to it. So I can't cancel it. I can't send customer support messages because it doesn't exist. I can't do anything. 
• All of this took seconds on your competing websites. Calling them competitors is a joke because you're not even remotely in their same ball game.
