Yep just a memory foam pad on the floor. At home i use a solid wood platform bed with the pad on top. Definitely give it. A shot the memory foam pads are cheap. It could definitely make a big difference for you!

Someone brought a service dog to the Ada section of Billy strings Halloween last year they lasted exactly one song before storming off cuz they were mad somebody was smoking
I still think bout that poor dog. Concerts probably not a great place for service animals

I have undiagnosed bladder issues but they mostly resolve when my biologic is working so I havent looked into it too much

I sleep on the floor and travel with a 1.5" memory foam mattress topper to use as my bed. Fun stuff. Havent slept on a regular mattress since 2011

Idk it deoends. Cimzia never worked for me and I def feel I suffered unnecessarily for 6 months. Simponi kicked in for me in 5 days.
Personally Id ditch the cimzia esp since OP feels its making their symptoms worse
