Yep just a memory foam pad on the floor. At home i use a solid wood platform bed with the pad on top. Definitely give it. A shot the memory foam pads are cheap. It could definitely make a big difference for you!

I have undiagnosed bladder issues but they mostly resolve when my biologic is working so I havent looked into it too much

I sleep on the floor and travel with a 1.5" memory foam mattress topper to use as my bed. Fun stuff. Havent slept on a regular mattress since 2011
