I do not care what a subgroups sees as hate symbols. Some people see the Black Panther logo as a hate symbol. Some see the SPLC as a hate group. It does not matter. They will not be DEFINED legally as hate symbols.

First, they are not hate symbols and never will be. They would probably protected under parody as a derivative use.
