You have a point about predatory/pay-to-win garbage. I guess what I want to have are fun games geared towards gamers (as you said) but in a more comfortable to use format. That takes extra mastery

Which is exactly my point - if a game is in landscape, then it probably wasn't built for mobile. Which probably means it won't be so fun and I will end up struggling to read the tiny text on the screen

PPSSPP emulator is great, I was playing Ace Combat and a bunch of JRPGs that usually feel like a huge time waster when playing on consoles *yet* feel right at home on mobile

Dawncaster was insanely good! Ended up beating the game with every character

Vampire Survivors was a good way to pass time during mind-numbing wait times at local government offices (yay, bureocracy!).

I worked with that studio as well - they are doing a great job! And guaranteed not-AI, as they give you sketches and WIP options

This sound like a weird compliment, but these look distinctly non-AI. Like, AI can't generate stuff like that, which is kinda cool :)
