that's monty python "the person responsible for sacking the person responsible for sacking the responsible person has been sacked" level shit lmao

htmlcoderexe

that's super pathetic

htmlcoderexe

it's from both sides of the glass, too. you can't make a statement with an opinion ("i don't like this character") without a noticeable chunk of people reading it as "this is bad writing", so you have to make hedge statements to ensure this meaning is not read - and even then it often fails and someone still rushes to defend and argue.

is it just projection at this point? people who are unable to distinguish the two in their own thoughts/communications also merge the two when reading from others?

that character, in that playthrough, is attracted to whatever you chose for your V in that playthrough.

ah, a playersexual

htmlcoderexe

my sibling in christ the "new usage" you are complaining about has been around for at least 250 years

htmlcoderexe

that kinda makes some sense

htmlcoderexe

ooh that's what you meant like "that's the part where the difference begins".

"where it diverges" i guess lol.

fuck english.

htmlcoderexe

so the wolfsbane thing is like PrEP?

htmlcoderexe

arrrgh, thank you! that was pretty much what i was thinking about the goblins issue and some other stuff and that does reconcile both "sides" in those cases

htmlcoderexe

because it's actually the lowest composite number that's needed or something or at least a product of 2 primes

htmlcoderexe

splits off what?

also, not every number can be used so that number is the highest one below 2384 that can be used

there's a patch version that uses the redreader token

htmlcoderexe

when the fridge wins over the tv, as the russians say...

htmlcoderexe

was actually an everyone ping in a worm discord for me

htmlcoderexe

r/evilbuildings at least used to be run by like one guy who would delete posts by others and then repost the exact images, banning anyone calling it out

htmlcoderexe

i guess this particular purity spiral got wound too tight too soon

i recall a post on reddit from years ago with two sisters (possibly even fraternal twins) and they looked each like one of their parents down to skin colour and hair

jøss, de hadde noe "aldri hørt om" polske spill men ikke Romjakten? hadde denne da i hvert fall

og Romjakten er å finne på internet archive:

the website was created way before most of the modern stacks existed and it definitely started small. hell even now with those better options available, a huge chunk of the web still runs on php (wordpress based sites are so fucked right now aren't they?). back then i think they would be picking between a few expensive enterprisey options like coldfusion or asp(.net), a dialect of brainfuck called perl, or ruby on rails (not really familiar with it enough to say anything about it). maybe python? reddit runs on python but i wouldn't know how feasible that was back then.

htmlcoderexe

jaaaaa! det var navnet! husker du måtte trykke på et stort bilde av en hånd som animerte og "kastet" terningene

htmlcoderexe

your browser does NOT come up with a warning

hell i remember when IE would specifically warn you that a website is using https (explaining what that means)

hence the popular saying that the stock market is just "rich people feelings"
