What program took over my desktop? All of the sudden I'm seeing this instead of the regular icons on the wallpaper. I don't recall making any preference changes, but the screen changed after I rebooted... I want to go back to the feel I've known for several years... (i.redd.it) [Support Request]

Regarding your question about the reason for threats, I believe this is to pretend to his people that russia is strong. He's hoping that russians will think "we're threatening another country, so our army must be great". Unfortunately many of them do believe it. And those who know he's bluffing remain silent or go to jail.

I don't think russians are hoping that their threats will scare anyone in Finland. But who knows, maybe they're that much out of touch with reality?
