do you wanna sell the older PO?

be careful about mat leave, your decision could change about any partner going back to full time work after you spend time with baby and see how wonderful it is. it is difficult to hand your baby to stranger at a day care....

how much?

AI will take jobs thats for sure. But it won't take all jobs and it won't be forever. Certain jobs will disappear and people will need to adapt. Just like when the calculator came out or any other new tech.

how much did you pay?

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Yes, something similar. I lost my job and could not find one for about 7 months. During that time we were cash flow negative by about 2K+.

EDIT: Just to add, I lost my job when our baby was 8 months old.

I am not going to sugar coat this.

This is what you saved up for, so just enjoy time with your baby and quit complaining.

yes real estate about to go to moon, get in before its too late. don't worry about job or anything, it will work out, for sure.

it is defined as people who already sold...

they are 28, so not that senior, ai is coming for these jobs.

I came to canada in 2006, man, it was amazing.

are you a train hobbyist?

On some nights I get reminded of a developing country metro city. Mostly because of traffic and the way people drive now. And its dirty, its gotten very dirty.
