AI will take jobs thats for sure. But it won't take all jobs and it won't be forever. Certain jobs will disappear and people will need to adapt. Just like when the calculator came out or any other new tech.

Yes, something similar. I lost my job and could not find one for about 7 months. During that time we were cash flow negative by about 2K+.

EDIT: Just to add, I lost my job when our baby was 8 months old.

What is your income and job situation? Make sure you can run home on one income for at least 12 months, possibly more, it takes about 7-8 months to land a new job right now -- unless you work in a high demand field.
