Well here’s the thing. You’ve been out of the gym for a year. That means no matter what you do you’ll be back to getting newbie gains, regardless what you take. At 500mcg weekly dose (the low end of the range you posted), you’ll get exactly five weeks of effect. That’s not nothing but it’s not much. Why not get back into the gym for 8-12 weeks without it and then run it if you want to see what the difference is?

What outcomes are you expecting?

No real tests to measure specifically for mitochondrial health that MOTS C/SS31/NAD+/5-amino are designed to stabilise, unfortunately. There are NAD assays but they don’t relate to the NAD used by the cell.

Told my doctor. She knew something was up when I showed up after losing a significant amount of weight. Was upfront with her about what I was taking, why, and the steps I was taking to try and make it as safe as possible. She was glad I told her, didn’t like that I was getting stuff from China but said it was important that she knew the whole picture because she is treating me as a whole patient.

No worries mate, DM me when you have them

As someone who travels internationally frequently, either find some from a supplier where you’ll be at or just don’t take any. The idea of showing up in a place like Singapore or Tokyo with vials of powder and needles without a prescription is not my idea of a good time.

Just rebranded or relabeled Chinese stuff like the rest of us get.

Listen to the AI on this one. Your reduced eGFR means your kidneys can't excrete excess potassium the way healthy kidneys can. Supplemental potassium on top of dietary intake with impaired kidney function is how people end up in the ER with cardiac arrhythmias and/or sudden heart failure, not how they get bigger pumps.
Bin the powder. The aesthetic you're chasing isn't worth the risk for someone with your kidney baseline.

When people talk about Reta increasing your heart rate, it's usually your resting heart rate by about 5-10bpm, not 30-40.
Sounds like there's a bad vial in your kit. Reach out to your vendor and ask if it they ever mix batches in a kit and tell them what happened.

It was around the injection site, not systemic. Just something I could grab onto for a few days.
I’ve discontinued use for now while I reconsider what I want to do. I’ve been doing a 5mg dose before cardio but have thought about cutting back the dose or diluting it more. The current issues are across different vendor vials and different bac water so it seems like it’s the molecule.
stainless13
My advice: take the same dose as you’ve been on from your other supplier at first so you can have an even comparison.

Just wanting to understand the logic here.
OP: [injects self with peptide, goes to ER for anaphylaxis] “whoa, that was freaky…better buy five more peptides, including four blended together so that if this happens again I won’t be able to tell which one caused the reaction”

You bet. One of the things I’ve found AI is truly useful for.

Gotcha. Just a reminder that visceral fat is different than “belly fat”. Visceral fat is very sensitive to GH, which is why Tesamorelin works so well at targeting it. Subcutaneous, or belly, fat is less sensitive to GH, so although Tesa might help, it’s not really what it was designed for. I’d hate for you to spend the money and run a 12-week (or longer) Tesa cycle when Reta was doing the heavy lifting the whole time anyway.
I’m not your coach but strongly recommend that people be on a stable dose of Retatrutide for at least 4 weeks and then have a blood panel done with IGF-1 levels, fasting insulin, and HOMA-IR before adding on a GH secretagogue like Tesa/Ipa/CJC. Additionally, get a dexa scan, which will take a pretty thorough scientific look at your various kinds of fats and give you a roughly accurate measurement of visceral fat.
Tesamorelin is an expensive cycle for those who aren’t buying from China, especially with mid- and post-cycle bloodwork to make sure you’re not going crazily insulin resistant and Dexa scans to measure the progress.

Biggest impact was on my wallet as I tried different things. Now that I have my routine figured out the biggest impact is…well, still on my wallet because I’ve lost 75 pounds and had to buy a completely new wardrobe.

You’ve posted this same message on like 6 different peptide subs and have been quite argumentative with anyone trying to steer you differently. You’ve committed to your AI-sourced plan, so at this point the only thing will be hopefully a promise to come back and update everyone on how you go.
stainless13
For a reseller that’s pretty typical. It’s outrageously expensive compared to buying it “direct” from China.
stainless13
A lot of it depends on how you want to source I would think. If you're looking for something clinical prescribed by a physician with reliable sourcing, that would be semaglutide or tirzepitide. If you're fine going grey/black market, obviously the options open up to Reta at that point.
I started with Reta and have been happy with it, don't have any personal experience with the others, but countless millions have had success with semaglutide and tirzepitide, so don't discount those by default.
stainless13
Realistically, unless you’re testing each vial yourself, the only difference between trusting a place like this and trusting a vendor with a slick website and cool labeling is the label and how many hands it touches before it gets to you.
stainless13
I’ve created a webapp that helps with this based on the general recs from the community. Don’t know how long the bandwidth will last but you can check it out here (I make nothing from it, created it for myself more than anything else, gives you before, during, after tests): https://brilliant-blini-67e9b3.netlify.app/

Depends on the state, but most state laws are along the lines of being in proximity of and capable of operating a motor vehicle. Not limited to actually driving.

This is completely false.

What a cool way to honour him, I’m sure he’d be pleased

I’m an American that moved to Sydney 6 months ago. I don’t want to talk about politics but I swear that’s one of the first questions I get asked about by Sydneysiders, it’s constant.
I have a few, all from Withings. Blood pressure monitor, sleep tracker, and body scan scale. I created a Withings developer account which enables my AI to pull in the data via API.
