Plus I like how CyberConnect2 draw furries, they're cute and they're kind of a blend between the eastern and western furry art styles, it's hard to explain but y'know how eastern fursuits tend to be more cutesy while western tend to be more cartoony? the Solatorobo/Little Tail Bronx/FUGA (not tail concerto since I haven't played it :/) have that in between art style.

it depends, in my eyes Vore and Fat Fetishes exist on totally different scales, and yet once in a while they overlap. And in that overlap can varies from person to person.

For me, as my vore fetish has taken more of a backseat as I focus more attention on my fat fetish, I much prefer if the fat fetish aspect is emphasized, e.g the pred or the prey being fatter, or perhaps the belly being more flabby with some rolls to avoid the cliche circle tool belly.

...Loss is a contender though, at times it feels it does nothing some times it feels your entire damage gets nuked into oblivion

Also Hard Mode is paradoxically easier once you have enough knowledge, the larger rooms means more item charges, more champions means you'll be more likely to get more drops or something.

The Hard Mode genuinely feels so good that when you switch back everything feels easy lol

Due to what might be a bug, seems like the shrine accidentally had their requirements be squared by 2.

Y'know how one player needs needs one page to make the shrine? So you'd assume you need 2 pages when you have two players but no it's actually 4 pages since 2 squared is 4, and with 3 players it's 9 since 3 squared is 9, and with 4 players is 16 pages since 4 squared is 16.

Yeah, plus Void Field is meant to be risky and hard because it's one of the few other guaranteed red item spawns. Not to mention the in-between items usually tend to be better since you have the option to pick them meaning the average quality of your build post Void Fields would be much better. And that's not mentioning the other scattered chests around there, plus (from what I remember) Void Fields has its own unique timer so the items to time spent ratio is much better than other stages.

And to top it all off the null portal is always open so there's no shame in absolutely booking it the moment you see some absolute bullshit items like 5 crowbars or an unstable tesla lol.

I understand the idea, like making the cool fight shrouded in mystery and only having a slight chance to fight him, but like not to this extent man.

Yeahhh I mostly agree, like having luck is part of the roguelike genre after all, but some things should not be relegated to luck.

If something is influenced by luck then it needs to have a reason why, item randoms being random so every run feels different? nice! Making Trials random so it's always a risk if the trial is gonna be something your survivor excels at or vice versa? neat!

Making a final boss, the ending of the game luck dependent? NO?!!?!!?!?!?!? Imagine if whenever you wanted to fight voidling you had to like get Benthic Bloom to make the deep portal spawn, or if you wanted to fight False Son you needed to get Halcyonite's nuts or to fight the Solus AI whatever the name is you needed to get some random item earlier in the run.

Some secrets are better as luck dependent, but some should not be it all.

It basically boils down fighting games to its pure mindgame aspect, there's no room to react blindly because you AND the opponent know everything you can do.

That's why when you get hit you don't go "dang I was too slow" like most fighters, you realize that you simply got outsmarted.

oh nah that's a pretty fair complaint, as good as RE2R is being one of the few reasons why Resident Evil has its amazing comeback they kinda dropped the ball on the 2nd run mechanic. Even in the first run they're not that different compared to each other than Claire and Leon having different weapons. Still the base gameplay loop is fun enough you can kinda excuse em.

I recommend playing the OG RE2 if you want to see how they differ since Claire and Leon's second run do have more noticeable differences.
