The only complaint I have is that I would really, really like more warning that my mech is being damaged and about to explode. It feels like every time I call one, I get like halfway through my ammo and then suddenly *explode.* No warnings, no sparks flying everywhere, just, whoops you're dead. It'd be one thing if there was a tank or something that could properly one-tap me, but all I'm taking is standard gunfire from automatons...

Is anyone else having issues giving multi-turn move orders now? I remember that being a thing back in 1.0, but it's been a while. I'd like to be able to tell people to keep running for their entire turn, without having to play games guessing how close to five seconds I can get on a move.

Hit R when you have your scanner out. Or whatever the controller equivalent is-- there should be something at the bottom of your screen while scanning that will tell you.

Copying what I said in another thread:
So what you're looking for on this is a Planet Trait of the Ecology type, in an icy biome. That's what did it for me, anyway. It wasn't even on a planet that had life-- I found fossils, and that was good enough. So land somewhere frozen, wander around looking at sites on your scanner, and you'll find something soon enough.

Can you confirm or deny rumors of an aquatic illuminati concealing evidence of an improved coast & ocean game?

Personally? Examine shapes other than boxes (I like L-shapes), leave room for at least 2-wide hallways/pathways (I prefer 3-wide but that's honestly excessive), and don't be afraid to landscape & decorate once you have the resources to feasibly do so. I'm hardly an expert though.

Regrettably, that one isn't in my pack. Thanks for the report though! Data always helps figure out what's going on.

So I've done a fair amount of trial and error testing and have concluded that this isn't being caused by any one mod-- it's definitely a cumulative effect that the combination of all the mods I have is pushing over the limit.
I went through and tested what I had to take out to resolve the issue, then tried loading only those mods, and they booted without an issue on their own. So the problem isn't "one mod is somehow bugging and eating all the symbolDef space," but rather, "The mods I want to run need too much symbolDef when they didn't in 1.3."
I'm... not sure what to do about that, to be honest. I figured I'd pass it along though, in case it somehow helps you.

Like, a lot of the diplomatic moves seem timescale rushed, and that's fine. It's kind of the nature of strategy games. This one seems... uh, a bit immersion breaking.

R5: I just kicked in my megacorp neighbor's teeth with the intent of reducing the amount of corporate competition in the galaxy (and potentially making them a future vassal). Per the patch, "Empires that are the target of Impose Ideology wars or those created from Status Quo peace deals are no longer rival Megacorps, but instead Oligarchies with the Merchant Guilds civic." That... didn't happen. I've had things like this take a bit to update before, but I've rolled forward a couple months already. Anyone else observed something like this?

Doing a new CK3 run after a while away... Is there a better way to spread a reformed religion to it's unreformed peers other than warfare and/or arranging to kidnap their leaders and force them to convert? Those were the best options I found before, but they always rubbed me wrong because... well. I'd rather show people the light more diplomatically.
On an unrelated note, did anyone ever figure out the "the other, more-hidden major exception" mentioned in Dev Diary 53? I'm kind of losing my mind wondering.

Returning player, recently picked AL back up after not having time to keep playing it circa the release of Bismark. I'm still getting caught up on the state of the meta and such, but I'm wondering what story stages I should be farming when I have oil and there's no event on? Are there any particularly remarkable drops to aim for?

His first skill is literally "Abiogenesis." It's interesting to research, but that essentially means life spontaneously developing from non-biological substances. Like life originally developing out of primordial soup.
So, I think it's safe to say he's creating life FROM minerals. xD

I'm going to laugh so hard if we do get new 4*s despite the community losing it's collective mind. At the same time though, I'm gonna have so much salt if we don't. ...I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.

Would assume it ate a takedown notice. Big RIP.

Have you visited Sisi after sundown? Chaoxi visits every night. I was already to go back to Cui'er and start a sidequest, but nope.

Do we have a farmable source of the weird bloods and such that are used for nightmare evolution? I was hoping the raid would drop some, but it's not on the drop table.
Certainly possible... I think I know the event you're referring to. I'll pay attention next time I see it.
