I've been in a raid with this guy, as soon as you mentioned the twitch I remembered him.
He is an incredibly unhinged individual, I watched his stream for a bit following our raid and he goes from super aggressive unhinged rants, into self reflection about his anger issues, into maniacal laughter out of nowhere.
There is something genuinely wrong with that guy. And he was accused in chat of ninjaing previously while I was watching.

He claimed he wouldn't give Lildweeb the loot because his performance was bad so "he didn't deserve it", and conveniently ignored the second highest roll because he couldn't claim low performance since the hunter was top dps in the raid.
After being called out on it multiple times by 20+ people, he made up a story on how the hunter was racist so he deserved no loot. I don't remember the hunter ever saying anything in bad taste.
I hope blizzard does something, or AT LEAST delete the item.

Good news is that if the loot rules were posted in trade chat or in raid chat then blizzard will remove the DST from his character after logging a ticket.
Bad news is that they don't then give the loot to the rightful winner. It's simply removed from the game.

I commented on my experience of dimz in the past and I thank you for bringing his alt's name to my attention.
I hope this guy gets to take a LONG vacation from wow. My only experience with him was very unhinged but at least there was no loot on the line. Its interesting to see somebody who pops up constantly and learns nothing from his own behavior over the years.
Also somebody linked a clip of him abusing his dog. Any pity I had for this guy prior has went out the window.

Ninjalooting with pre-agreed loot rules that were officially stated in ingame chat (ie. 2SR > MS > OS) is one of the few things Blizzard actually does official sanctions against.

2SR is you have 2 rolls that you can dedicate to items.
You're allowed (usually) to place both rolls on one single item if you want, which would let you roll twice on that item.
Otherwise, you'd put your rolls on 2 separate items and roll 1 time on each

Blizzard parses tickets with ai bullshit and don’t actually do much. Their customer service is some of the worst I’ve seen. Pretty much non existent at this point.
