1. Well that was...surprising. Was not expecting Eugeo to turn into a sword.

You know an episode was bonkers when the OP doesn't play until the end.

Now that I watch again the OP has really been hinting that Eugeo was going to be killed, but I never believed it, I still call BS, there's no way he's staying dead, but that was so brutal

Cardinal's death was a savage way to go out too, Quinella is such an arsehole, can't wait until Kirito (hopefully) destroys her and everything she stands for next episode

I want Quinella to have her ideology destroyed while she's taught what it means to wield a sword by a duel wielding Kirito who breaks her down with ruthless precision, literally nothing would make me happier than that.

When Quinella is getting ready to attack Kirito after finishing with Eugeo, she says a few things that caught my attention. "I'll have that person give me a full account later", and "let's meet again someday on the other side" stood out as being being weird to me. Who is "that person"? Is somebody back at the lab helping her? I have been wondering why they haven't done anything about her takeover yet back there.

I also interpreted her "on the other side" comment to be talking about the real world, which would mean she thinks she has a way to escape out of the simulation. But I guess it could be possible she just meant meet again after death or something.

Well that was certainly a plot heavy episode. Now to spend the next week trying to process that Eugeo turned into a flying sword and then died all in the same episode.

TBH thought that Kirito was going to dual wield eugeo and his wood sword to kill admin. Anyone else ?

F in the chat for Eugeo, Charlotte,Cardinal. Been long since I felt such emotion in an episode. Also can't wait for next episode for Kirito to fkin kill that bi*ch quinella.

When Quinella tells Kirito "let's meet on the other side." I believe it is a hint that she is a human from the other side just like Kirito. It would explain those long "naps" that she takes. She isn't actually napping, it's her logging out of the game.

Nothing to say except this:

(Eugeo turns into a sword, fight scene, AdminisThanos gets an arm chopped off. She wipes some of the blood off the wound and looks at it)

AdminisThanos: All that for a single limb.

Proceeds to wreck Sword-Eugeo's shit. Sword Eugeo starts to splinter during the final clash

AdminisThanos: You have my respect, Eugeo. When my army is finished half of humanity will still be alive. I hope they remember you.

Honestly, I’m proud that we got the hint from the ops and eds.. I already what was gonna happen to Eugeo but somehow shocked how will he die.. Alice’s memories is still there; safe and sound.. Also liked the part Kirito flashbacked about people saving him and stuff.. I also would freak out if alice died coz one of my theories she’s with kirito.. And reuniting with eugeo again in the ops.. But yea.. Amazing eps.. Can’t wait for the future eps.. Just to make things clear.. Quinella said something about meeting Kirito to the other side.. But Quinella isn’t a human thats why Cardinal can kill her.. Maybe she has contact with Rath? Who knows.. Im excited to see what sword will Kirito use to DUAL WIELD..(not sure if he will but im hyped if it does..) (IM NOT A LN READER SO PLS DONT SPOIL ME JUST SAY SOMETHING BOUT OPS AND EDS WE COULD TALK ABOUT AND MAKE THEORIES ON.. I’m sure eugeo will be back. Kirito needs to do Kirito things, pick up another sword and defeat the final boss

I liked how they quickly answered a question I had about last week's episode. When Cardinal appeared why was Quinella just watching. Turns out she was preparing that disconnect thing she did to trap Cardinal once and for all.

Why was she just watching as Eugeo turned into a sword? Ego of course. She probably finds their struggles humorous and feels nothing they do can touch her. Eugeo's sacrifice not only robbed her of her arm but no doubt cracked that ego of her's as well.

Loved that call back to season 1 with Asuna. He snapped out of it just in time to not let that mistake happen again. Cheesy AF but I wanted someone to tell him...."Rise Kirito"......where's Kayaba

This episode hit hard, we lose both Cardinal and Eugeo in the same episode, also almost lost Alice as well. At least Eugeo's final attack was effective, took out the sword golem and managed to make Quinella experience one epic scratch

So what happens to that knight that Cardinal brought in to heal then :o ?
